Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by Easy Go Auto Accessories Trading L.L.C (“Easy Go”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Scope of Services

Easy Go Auto Accessories Trading L.L.C provides assistance with:

 

  • Vehicle sourcing and negotiation

  • Pre-purchase inspections

  • Documentation and export preparation

  • Coordination of shipping through third-party logistics providers

 

 

We act as a facilitator and coordinator between the client, seller, and service providers. We do not operate as a shipping carrier or insurer.

Easy Go Auto Accessories Trading L.L.C operates strictly as an intermediary service provider and does not take ownership of vehicles at any stage of the transaction.

Easy Go Auto Accessories Trading L.L.C does not act as a buyer, seller, dealer, or owner of any vehicle unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Vehicle Condition & Inspection

All inspections conducted are visual and external unless otherwise agreed.

 

  • We do not dismantle or open mechanical components

  • We cannot guarantee absence of hidden defects

  • Vehicle history outside UAE is the client’s responsibility

  • VIN details are provided for independent checks

 

 

Any decision to proceed with a purchase remains fully the client’s responsibility.

All services are provided on a best-effort basis without any guarantees or warranties, unless explicitly stated in writing.

Pricing, Payments & Invoicing

    •    Full payment is required in advance unless agreed otherwise

    •    All bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client

    •    Currency conversions are based on agreed invoice rates

    •    Any outstanding balances must be settled immediately

 

We reserve the right to pause or cancel services if payment is not completed.

By making payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All payments made to Easy Go Auto Accessories Trading L.L.C are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any costs incurred by Easy Go prior to cancellation are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Export & Shipping Coordination

We coordinate export and shipping via trusted third-party logistics providers.

 

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Costs may vary due to market conditions, carrier changes, or external factors

  • Additional charges (customs, duties, inspections, port fees) may apply

 

 

Easy Go acts solely as a coordinator and shall not be liable for any acts, errors, delays, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers, shipping companies, or authorities.

Insurance & Liability

We strongly recommend obtaining insurance coverage for all shipments.

 

  • Insurance can be arranged via third-party providers upon request

  • If no insurance is selected, all risk remains with the client

  • Our liability is limited to the service fee paid

 

 

We are not responsible for:

 

  • Shipping damage or loss

  • Delays or force majeure events

  • Third-party service failures

    To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Easy Go Auto Accessories Trading L.L.C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, or delays caused by third parties.

    Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable UAE law.

Storage & Handling

  • Free storage (if applicable) is limited to agreed days

  • Additional storage fees apply thereafter

  • Vehicles are stored at the client’s sole risk at all times unless covered by a separate insurance policy.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the vehicle complies with import laws in the destination country

  • Paying all applicable taxes, duties, and fees outside UAE

  • Verifying vehicle details before purchase

  • Providing accurate information and documentation

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation after service initiation may incur operational costs

  • Refunds (if applicable) are subject to deductions for work completed

  • Bank charges are non-refundable

Third-Party Services

We work with independent third-party providers including:

  • Shipping companies

  • Inspection services

  • Repair and detailing partners

    These providers are fully responsible for their services. Easy Go acts only as a coordinator.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

 

  • War, geopolitical events, or government actions

  • Port congestion or customs delays

  • Natural disasters or technical disruptions

Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

 

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
